Process of the 16kgs aluminium casted kettle-bell:   

1. Make sand core;  

2. Gravity casting make the kettlebell body;  

3. Shake-out sand;  

4. Fill in the steel sand or steel ball according to the weight request of kettlebell;  

5.Weld the bottom and top of the gate;  

6. Polishing the handle and body;  

7. Paste the adhesive tape on the handle in order to avoid the painting;  

8. Painting for the body;  

9. Silk screen the logo and weight of the aluminum gravity casting kettlebell;  

10. Removing the tape.
